Richa is a proven professional with extensive auditing, tax and accounting experience with a background leveraging CPA and CA credentials with notable success in significantly improving internal processes. Expertise in management, programming, and planning of complex tax/ audit consulting assignments for listed and unlisted companies. International and domestic experience in diverse industries including but not limited to pharmaceuticals, financial services, not-for-profit, and technology.
Richa is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Colorado. Prior to managing Agarwal Associates LLC, Richa was a consultant with a boutique CPA firm in NJ and a Senior Consultant with Cohn Reznick LLP.
She has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from CCS University, India.
